The Pomfret Console acts as the central gateway to Pomfret Cloud.
Users
can manage accounts, subscriptions and access all applications such as C-FLEET, ERM, O2C, C-CARRIER, and
more.
- Manage subscriptions and free trials

- View both paid and free apps on a unified dashboard
The Pomfret Console lists all Pomfret Cloud applications — both
premium
and free.

To create a new Pomfret Cloud account:
- Open the Pomfret Cloud
- Click Register on the login screen
- Enter the following required details:
- Email
- Password & Confirm Password
- First & Last Name
- Phone Number
- Unique Company Name
- Click Register to proceed
A verification email is sent from support.pomfret@entosstech.com.
- Subject: Email Address Verification
- Verification link valid for 5 minutes
Once the user clicks the verification link, the account becomes active.
The login screen validates user credentials before granting access.
- Access Console
- Log in to Pomfret Cloud and open
the Console
from the left-hand menu.
- View Available Applications
- Navigate to the Applications or App Store section.
- Here, you will see all available Pomfret Cloud applications such as CFLEET, MyCargo, CFREIGHT, and others.
- Subscribe to an Application
- Select the application you want to use and click Subscribe.
- Once the subscription is processed, the system updates the status to Subscribed.
- Launch the Application
- After successful subscription, click Launch to open and start using the application.
Guests can view:
- All application listings
- Pricing & plan details
❗ Guests cannot subscribe. Clicking Subscribe opens a Login/Register prompt.
- Users return to the same product page after login
- Subscription continues smoothly

- Complete registration → Verify email
- Open Console Dashboard
- Select an app → Click Subscribe
- Once subscribed, launch the app using the arrow icon (→)
- Access Console
- Log in to Pomfret Cloud and open
the Console
from the left-hand menu.
- View Apps
- Subscribe
- Click C-FLEET → System processes subscription → Card updates to Subscribed.

Subscribing to C-FLEET automatically subscribes ERM.
ERM card instantly shows: “Subscribed”

- Login to Console
- Find ERM
- Select Standard / Premium Plan
- Click Subscribe
- ERM card updates to “Subscribed”
Organization Access Without Subscription:
Users can create and edit organizations directly from the Console without requiring a subscription.

Log in to
Pomfret Cloud
- From the left-hand sidebar, click on Organization.
- On the Organization page, click the ‘Create New Organization’ button.
- Fill out the organization creation form.
When you click on Create New Organization, the
following fields appear in the form:
- Organization Logo
- Basic Information
- Organization Name – Enter organization name
- Publish to LSPWorld – Checkbox
- Organization Type
- Contact Information
- Email – e.g., abc@gmail.com
- Contact Number – e.g., +1 234 567 8900
- Mobile Number – e.g., +1 234 567 8900
- Website – www.example.com
- Address Information
- Address Line 1 – Street address
- Address Line 2 – Apartment, suite, etc. (optional)
- City
- State / Province
- Country
- Postal Code / ZIP
- Currency Information
- Default Currency – Search & select
- Accepted Currencies – Search & add multiple
- Primary Service (Optional)
- Service Name – e.g., Door-to-Door
- Service Description – Describe the service offered

Log in to
Pomfret Cloud
- From the left-hand sidebar, click on Organization.
- Locate the organization you want to update in the list.
- Click the Edit (✏️) button next to the organization.
- Update the fields such as:
- Name
- Organization Type
- Contact details
- Address
- Currency settings
- Logo
- Primary service
- After making changes, click Save to update the organization.
The “Know More” link redirects users to the Pomfret Help Page containing FAQs and
support content.
