MyCargo is a comprehensive cargo management solution designed to simplify and optimize freight operations. It provides a centralized platform for managing shipments, tracking cargo, and streamlining communication and Generate essential shipping documents.
Steps: Open Mycargo application.
Login to the Mycargo System.
Access the Dashboard.
Navigate to the "Voyage" section.
And then Select Voyage from the dropdown
The booking process in MyCargo involves selecting a voyage and configuring shipment details and start by entering voyage details and searching for available options.
After selecting a voyage, they choose a container type and any additional services required. Finally, they confirm the booking by clicking "Book Now." Below the steps
Steps Before Booking in MyCargo:
Input the published voyage details from CFLEET or From CCarrier:
Departure Port & Arrival Port
Departure Date & Arrival Date
Shipment Type:
FCL (Full Container Load)
LCL (Less than Container Load)
Click "Search" to find available voyages.
For example, once a voyage is created in CFLEET with assigned services and published—departing from Rotterdam to New York, with a departure date of May 2, 2025, and an arrival date of May 30, 2025 (a 28-day duration)—it will become visible in MyCargo when these details are entered and searched.

After the voyage is published, it is ready to be used for booking creation in CCARRIER.
Once these details are entered, the system searches for matching voyages. If a voyage is available, it is displayed in MyCargo for booking.
MyCargo offers seven different types of containers, which are listed below. Select the required container (e.g., Dry Van, Reefer, Flat Rack)

once the "Book Now" button is clicked, the Booking Details page opens, containing the following sections:
Vessel Name ,Vessel Code ,Departure Destination ,Arrival Destination ,Cut-off Date ,Departure Date ,Arrival Date ,Voyage ,Mode of Transport ,Carrier ,Container Pricing
Booking Agency information is mandatory Information about the involved parties, such as:
Shipper ,Consignee ,Notify Party Booking Party
Once a user submits a booking in MyCargo, the following steps take place:
A Success Popup is displayed in the center of the screen.
The popup contains:
Message: "Booking Created Successfully!"
Booking Reference Number (Highlighted in Green)
Status: RECEIVED
On the Right-Hand Side (RHS) corner, a green notification box appears.
It contains:
A Checked Mark (✔️)

After successfully creating a booking in MyCargo
1️⃣ Navigate to the 'Bookings' Section
2️⃣ Enter Your Booking Reference
Input the Booking Reference ID (e.g., BK31DW00202) in the search field.
3️⃣ Search for the Booking
Click on the search icon 🔍 to fetch the booking details.
4️⃣ Booking Confirmation Appears
A blue notification will be displayed near the search button with the message: "Your Booking is Received."
This indicates that the system has successfully retrieved your booking.
5️⃣ Access Detailed Booking Information
The Booking Details Page will load, displaying:
Vessel Information (Name, Code, Departure & Arrival Ports, Dates, etc.)
Container Pricing (Tariff & Prices for Pickup, Ocean Freight, and Delivery)
Commodity Details (Type, Number of Packages, Weight, Volume)
Document Parties & Additional Preferences
On the right-hand side (RHS) of the Booking Details Page, you will find two action buttons:
Cancel 🔴 – This allows you to cancel the booking if needed.
Update 🔵 – This lets you modify the booking details as required.
These buttons provide options to manage your booking efficiently.
After selecting a voyage from the search results, the Create Quote screen is displayed. This screen allows users to review voyage details and provide the necessary shipment information required to generate a quotation.
All voyage-related details are automatically populated from the selected voyage published via CFLEET or CCarrier.

Click Create Quote.
